Vaga: SDR – Sales Development RepresentativeA Jacob Construções está em busca de um(a) SDR para fortalecer nosso time comercial Procuramos alguém com perfil comunicativo, analítico e orientado a resultados, que tenha prazer em gerar conexões e identificar novas oportunidades de negócio.Responsabilidades:Pesquisar e prospectar;Realizar abordagens por e-mail, telefone, LinkedIn, etc;Qualificar leads de acordo com o perfil ideal de cliente da Jacob;Agendar reuniões para o time comercial;Alimentar e atualizar o CRM com informações precisas;Apoiar o Executivo Comercial em estratégias de captação.Requisitos:Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de CRM e prospecção;Desejável experiência prévia em vendas, atendimento ou marketing comercial;Formação Ensino médio completo.Diferenciais:Vivência com prospecção;Entendimento básico do setor de engenharia, construção ou facilities.Local de trabalho: Salvador – BA (presencial)O que oferecemos:Ambiente colaborativo e de aprendizado constante;Oportunidade de crescimento dentro do time comercial;Participação em projetos estratégicos da Jacob;Salário inicial *****,00;Contratação CLT;Alimentação;Transporte;Comissão.Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Efetivo CLTPagamento: a partir de R$*****,00 por mêsBenefícios:Vale-refeiçãoVale-transporte
