Sweden needs skilled engineers, with an estimated 30 000 engineers by 2030 and about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with clients in Sweden.
The role focuses on finding engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and informing them about the benefits of living and working there.Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we aim to build trust with suitable candidates.
You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics.Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
Our core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesHelp find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about all benefits of living and working in Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates, often moving them through relocation processes.Collaborate with a competent global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden.Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation-related practical matters (visa, work permits, housing, tickets, etc.).
Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries.Support engineers and their families to build a new career and life in Sweden.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English; knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, social, friendly, and outgoing with high self-motivation; durable and able to handle rejection.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible with an appropriate and representative appearance.Employment detailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.
Full-time.
Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months.
Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
