Avalara is looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager who is passionate about driving performance.
As a Paid Search Manager, you'll manage paid search strategies across international markets, promoting our global suite of financial SaaS products.
You'll partner with our teams to exceed growth and ROI targets through ongoing optimization of paid search campaigns that generate demand and revenue.
You will report to the SR Manager of Paid Search.
#LI-RemoteWhat Your Responsibilities Will BeLaunch and optimize PPC campaigns on Google and Microsoft AdsManage budgets and adjust bid strategies to create new opportunities for sales and ensure positive ROILead paid search account restructuring based on performance data and growth opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing teams on keyword selection, ad copy, and audience targetingCoordinate with Sales Development teams to ensure they understand the intent and value of paid search leads, facilitating appointment settingWork with web and SEO teams to improve landing page performance and other optimizationsPartner with marketing to develop paid search strategies that drive demandTrack KPIs, analyze performance data, and share insights with stakeholdersMaintain relationships with PPC platforms and vendors to leverage technology for growthIdentify and implement measures to reduce click fraud and wasted spendStay updated on PPC industry trends, technologies, and best practices, including AI integrationWhat You'll Need To Be SuccessfulAt least 5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably within B2B SaaS companiesExperience running international PPC campaigns across regions such as US, EMEA, and APACProven success managing large budgets and exceeding goals related to spend, MQLs, revenue, and customer acquisitionExpertise in advanced bidding strategies, including offline conversions and bid automationExperience with A/B and multivariate testing to extract actionable insightsProficiency with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and PowerBIBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Psychology, or a related fieldProficiency in Salesforce CRMExperience with SA360 (Google Marketing Platform suite)How We'll Take Care Of YouTotal RewardsIn addition to competitive compensation, paid time off, and parental leave, many employees are eligible for bonuses.Health & WellnessBenefits vary by location but typically include private medical, life, and disability insurance.Inclusive Culture and DiversityAvalara is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting eight employee resource groups with senior leadership sponsorship.What You Need To Know About AvalaraWe're defining the relationship between tax and technology.
