About the Role We're looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to lead and scale Keeta's delivery capacity across Brazil. This role is central to managing a mix of fleet models — from freelancers to 3 PL partners — and developing strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall delivery performance. You'll work cross-functionally to build logistics solutions from 0 to 1, contributing directly to the growth of our delivery network and customer experience.What You'll Do Oversee logistics operations, managing both crowdsourced (freelancer) and franchised (3 PL) fleet models;Design and implement operational strategies to boost courier efficiency, service quality, dispatch logic, and capacity performance;Develop new delivery business models and lead pilots from concept to execution;Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, support, policy, and legal to ensure smooth operations and aligned execution;Drive the delivery experience strategy, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service standards.What We're Looking For Proven experience building and scaling delivery businesses, especially from 0 to 1;Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities;Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration;Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, uncertain environments;Creative and resourceful, with the courage to innovate and challenge the status quo.Why Join Us Work alongside a diverse, global team from different countries and backgrounds;Be part of building a logistics business from the ground up — with room for innovation and experimentation;Gain international exposure and hands-on experience in a fast-scaling tech company;High-impact role with direct influence on strategy, efficiency, and customer experience.Ready to jump in?
