OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT IndustrySweden needs skilled engineers.
Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.
You will help us find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and your role includes building trust with suitable candidates and coordinating relocation with a global team of recruiters and our Swedish delivery management team that handles practical relocation matters.We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements.Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
You will be part of a team that strives to help engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Telescope\'s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesAs a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden.
You will:Identify and approach engineers with the goal of relocation to SwedenInform candidates about the benefits of living and working in SwedenBuild trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation logistics with support from a global and Swedish teamCoordinate with our Swedish delivery management team on relocation-related practicalitiesCollaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment effortsSupport engineers and their families through the move, ensuring a smooth onboarding experienceQualificationsRequired competence (please ensure this is documented in your CV):At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experienceA solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within ITExtremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution for the challengeHigh quality and brand awarenessUnderstanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcingUpper intermediate EnglishKnowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologiesAnalytical, well organized with attention to detail, capable of identifying and closing a recruitment requestSelf-confident, sociable, friendly and motivatedResilient, able to persist after a rejectionPassionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customersResponsive and responsible with a professional appearanceExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.Employment detailsFull timeLong term contract as a Private EntrepreneurMinimum 12 monthsEight hours of work per day, Monday to FridayOvertime compensation 1:1 in flexLocation: Work from home or a co-location center of your choiceEconomy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxesFree national holidays, with maintained payment20 paid vacation daysPaid travels, housing, and per diemPlease send your English CV to: ******.
