Position Purpose We are looking for a Policy Coordinator to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our global Safety Policies.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that guidelines covering Riders, Customers, and Partners are consistent, compliant and aligned with company values, while supporting cross-functional teams in managing risks and safeguarding reputation.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and continuous update of safety policies for Riders, Customers, and Partners.
Ensure governance and consistency of policies across all business units and regions.
Partner with Legal, Public Relations, Operations, and Support teams to guarantee compliance and mitigate reputational risks.
Conduct policy audits and compliance reviews, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
Support operational and crisis decision-making through clear and actionable policy frameworks.
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding safety policy matters.
Train and support regional teams to ensure understanding and adoption of policies.
Use data and insights to measure policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in policy governance, compliance, corporate safety, or related areas.
Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and practical guidelines.
Solid stakeholder management and negotiation experience, balancing legal, operational, and reputational needs.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance, and safety operations.
Ability to translate complex regulations into practical and applicable policies.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
