We work with customers where we live and work to build a better world.Career AreaProduct SupportWhat You Will DoSupport Caterpillar Dealers worldwide.Conduct dealer and customer visits to provide technical assistance on urgent and emerging field problems.Perform quality, reliability, and warranty analyses for the assigned product.Conduct emerging issues analyses on dealer part return requests and inspections, develop quick field improvements, and recommend design or manufacturing improvements.Identify, investigate, and obtain resolution commitments for significant field problems through CPI to maintain and improve product performance.Create service publications to announce significant product improvements to dealers, temporary field fix information, and product support programs as part of the CPI resolution process.Provide service publication support by reviewing and editing existing and NPI service publications.Provide regional NPI pilot field follow-up to evaluate NPI quality, reliability, and customer acceptance of the new product.What You Will HaveCustomer Focus: Facilitates creation of the right products and services to resolve customer business issues.Effective Communications: Ability to communicate ideas, information, and needs clearly and effectively.Problem Solving: Uses approaches and tools to recognize, anticipate, and resolve problems in diverse situations.Service Excellence: Meets or exceeds customer needs and expectations and provides excellent service.Basic RequirementsBachelor7s degree.Pre-Advanced English.Experience leading diverse teams to address product issues.Top Candidates Will Also HaveIntermediate Spanish.Familiarity with drivetrains.Standard warranty and goodwill policies.Additional InformationRequires 10–20% travel, based on business needs.Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.BenefitsMedical planDental planMedicines reimbursementWellhubPsychological, Legal, Social and Finance Support ProgramPrivate pension planProfit shareChristmas basketTransportationLife and personal insuranceExtended maternity and paternity leaveEmployee resource groups (Young Professionals, Women in Networking, LAMBDA (LGBTQIA+), Latin Group and Active in Sport)Benefit terms subject to change and vary by position and location.Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
