The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Service Desk, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, on-site (Turno 18h as 6h), in the city of Londrina.In this role you will:Must Have O365 – Spanish fluent.Good to Have customer service – flexibility to work in case we need backup in the projectTake calls and Tickets from servicenow.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions.Be available in case we need backup for work and cover other colleagues during shifts.Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor service desk activity, including tracking open vs. closed tickets and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that end-users are satisfied with the support provided.Continuous Improvement: Participate in team reviews, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance service quality.English advanced>>>What do we offer?
