Signifyd is looking for a Partner Manager to support the Brazilian market that will join our Global Partnerships Organization & LATAM GTM team. 

Today Signifyd is offering best in class next generation fraud prevention services to enterprise e-commerce retailers and is working with a wide range of partners such as payment providers, e-commerce platforms, implementation agencies, financial institutions and technology consultancy companies. 

We are helping our partners solve complex business issues that allow their customers to manage different use cases such as reducing fraud on transactions, increasing current approval rates & optimizing their checkout experience. 

Job Description:

As a Partner Manager for Brazil you will be responsible for managing relationships with Signifyd’s existing partner network in the Brazil market. In this role, you will be responsible for being hands on and driving successful business outcomes from strategic partners, while providing support for our ongoing partner maintenance activities. You will work closely with other partner leaders and partner managers to address the needs of our region’s partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be accountable for maintaining and expanding our current partner network and develop new partnership opportunities for Signifyd.

Experience in the payments space is a plus, as a deep understanding of how Signifyd provides value to all stages of the payments process will be essential to success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage & grow the relationship with Signifyd’s existing partner network on that market. Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities with a strong focus on sales targets accomplishment. Execute on the current GTM Strategy with Strategic Partners. Become a source of recurring new business opportunities for our Sales Team by leveraging our partner’s existing customer portfolio.  Develop training and enablement sessions for our partner’s commercial teams for keeping those teams up to date on Signifyd’s latest product features and upgrades.  Collaborate alongside Signifyd's cross functional teams in order to provide guidance and support to advance commercial initiatives such as: Joint marketing events, contract review cycles, information exchange to provide project’s pricing and perform business analysis on current partner’s performance.  Map, identify, establish and maintain relationships with new partners. Be responsible for obtaining satisfactory results that allow you to reach an annual sales goal. Be able to manage challenging situations with partners to drive the situation forward into a successful resolution for both the partner and Signifyd, while providing timely escalation to the Leadership team if necessary.  Present regular updates on initiatives and project’s progress levels to the Leadership, Partnerships and Sales Teams.  Be able to coherently articulate Signifyd’s products and value to instill excitement and passion in the form of sales enablement sessions with key partners. Develop a prioritization methodology and be incredibly organized in partner resource and time allocation.

Required Qualifications :

Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus. Strong verbal, written communication and analytical skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. Prior experience developing or working with highly productive partner focused teams in the payments or E-Commerce space strongly preferred. Must possess exceptional relationship building, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation and research skills. Feel comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple competing stakeholders priorities.  Ability to make independent choices and recommendations without immediate supervision. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field preferred.
