Como CRM Presales Consultant , você atuará como um consultor na fase de pré-vendas, especificamente focado em soluções de CRM/Salesforce. Essa função está relacionada à fase anterior à venda, onde o consultor desempenha um papel crucial na orientação dos clientes e na concepção de soluções adequadas às necessidades de nossos prospects.

Essa posição é para atuar de forma híbrida , na nossa sede de São Paulo.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

No time de Sales você terá o desafio de:

Colaborar com a equipe comercial no entendimento das necessidades do cliente e na criação de propostas técnicas personalizadas relacionadas a projetos de implementação e evolução de CRM/Salesforce. Realizar avaliações técnicas abrangentes para garantir que as soluções propostas atendam aos requisitos do cliente e sejam viáveis do ponto de vista técnico. Desenvolver desenhos de escopo detalhados que incluam cronogramas, recursos necessários e estimativas de custo/pessoas, focados exclusivamente em soluções de implementação e evolução de projetos de CRM no ambiente SalesForce. Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de vendas e com os clientes para apresentar soluções técnicas de forma clara e persuasiva. Manter-se atualizado sobre as últimas tendências e avanços em tecnologias e práticas relacionadas ao tema. Contribuir para o desenvolvimento contínuo das ofertas de CRM, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e inovação. Construir apresentações técnicas e comerciais para prospects e atuais clientes; Auxiliar a equipe de vendas a atingir metas, conduzir pesquisas na indústria, incluindo pesquisas de concorrentes, incentivar os clientes a adquirirem extras, atualizações, etc;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

O que a Cadastra espera de você:

Formação acadêmica em uma área relacionada à tecnologia, negócios ou marketing. Experiência comprovada em soluções de CRM, com sólido conhecimento técnico no ambiente Salesforce. Experiência prévia em funções de pré-vendas ou consultoria técnica, preferencialmente relacionadas a CRM. Habilidades de comunicação excepcionais para traduzir conceitos técnicos em linguagem acessível aos clientes. Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar eficazmente com equipes de vendas e clientes. Orientação para resultados e motivação para atingir metas de vendas.
