Position: Sales and Store Manager - Brazil

Description:
  1. The main responsibility at the beginning and also in the future is to be the Sao Paulo store manager for which needs to close contract with existing clients and put in place marketing campaign to develop Sao Paulo clients.
  2. Manage the clinic with 6/7 employees.
  3. Build business by identifying and selling prospects as well as maintaining relationships with clients B2C / B2B;
  4. Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing prospects and sales options.
  5. Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  6. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and provides recommendations for sound business decision-making and deal closures.
  7. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizations’ standards.
  8. Maintain personal networks updated; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies, among other activities.
  9. Know the market for doctors and hair treatments very well.
  10. Reporting to the CEO

Requirements:
  1. Undergraduate degree: Business Management, Marketing or International Business ;
  2. Experience: at least 8 years of strong commercial acumen in Brazil, preferably within the Pharma / Health/ companies;
  3. Fluent in both oral and written English or Italian. Will be assessed / mandatory.
  4. Data driven and quick learner, with media skills;
  5. Strong prospecting, communication, sales and negotiation skills;
  6. Client relationship.
  7. Sales planning and independence.
  8. Strategic thinking.
  9. Persistent, goal oriented and team player.
  10. Time management and problem-solving skills.


Remuneration and benefits:
Compensation package includes an interesting monthly fixed amount + health insurance + annual bonus.
