Our global success (we are operational in US, UK, EMEA, APAC/SEA, LATAM) has led to expansion of the sales team. We have an immediate need for a Sales Director to join the company; the role is based out of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

PhyrosIQ provides the only predictive ABM solution purpose-built for enterprise class sales and marketing organizations. Prelytix is our SaaS/DaaS Enterprise Class ABM platform. Our ABM services are all driven by Prelytix and consist of Programmatic display, content syndication, direct mail and sales development.

We are the world leader in combining a full suite of ABM software and services.

The Role

You will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts with the end target being conversion into valued, recurring business that delivers outstanding results for both the company and their clients.

Working with the Regional Sales Leader, you will be motivated by technology and sales and be able hit the ground running and make significant strides, swiftly making an impact on top line sales. Concentration on collaboration to meet organisation objectives will be your strong point

Your self-starting, go-getting approach will feed your knowledge base and keep you one step ahead with the latest developments within the technology industry – the ultimate company Ambassador

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Regional Sales Leader to identify and cultivate company and product introductions to top tech organisations
  • Planning and preparation of top-notch sales presentations (say hello PowerPoint). Generate and research relevant, attainable leads.
  • Manage sales pipeline and associated team updates, demonstrating progress.
  • Build a strong contact book within the technology sector.
  • Close and secure high-level accounts with technology brands.
  • Organise and arrange face-to- face meetings for the Sales Director.
  • To work closely with internal marketing and account management teams to create successful strategies to get clients on board and keep them with us

Ideal Profile

  • Enthusiastic about innovative technology; therefore, you must be digitally savvy.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a business development role within MARTEC
  • Expertise or knowledge of any of the following products of interest - digital / martech / agency / IT world.
  • Ability to sell to C-Level stakeholders during a complex sales cycle
  • Solid track record of negotiating and closing high value accounts/contracts.
  • 360 business development experience from lead generation to close.
  • Articulate, professional and polished approach to all business meetings.
  • Comfortable working in a sales driven environment where each day is different.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Cross-functional capabilities – ability to be hands-on with all teams: sales, account management, marketing, product and development.
  • Most importantly, an outstanding can-do attitude and being excited about the opportunity to join an ambitious team
  • Strong English & Portuguese language skills – professional level
