As our primary task is to ensure rollout-activities across many organizations, it would bebeneficial if you had prior experience with project management and feel comfortable speaking infront of larger crowds involving people from all levels of the organization.
It would also be an advantage if you have a good technical understanding of infrastructure, asthe primary rollout-activities will focus on the infrastructure area.
You are solution-oriented, meaning you focus on the entire delivery-chain. Having an openmindset when discussing solutions with your peers in the team and in the organization will becrucial when you either become or do challenge colleagues to optimize deliveries.
