Nos spécialistes en Service client prennent l'initiative d'offrir un vaste éventail de services qui guident les clients tout au long de leur séjour. Leur travail va au-delà du rôle de réception conventionnel, car nous leur demandons de prendre responsabilité du service client dans les zones principales de l'hôtel en pensant au « client avant tout ». Ils sont habilités à se déplacer dans leur espace et à faire ce qui doit être fait. Que ce soit traiter les besoins opérationnels, répondre aux demandes des clients, préparer des rapports, servir des repas de qualité ou partager les points d'intérêt de la région, les spécialistes en Service client font en sorte que les clients sentent que les transactions font partie de l'expérience.Peu importe votre poste, certaines choses sont essentielles pour réussir - la création d'un lieu de travail sécuritaire, le respect des politiques et des procédures de la société, le maintien de la confidentialité, la protection des actifs de la société, le respect des normes de qualité et veiller à ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et vos communications soient professionnels. Le rôle de spécialiste en Service client signifie être sur vos pieds et vous déplacer (se lever, s’asseoir ou marcher pendant une longue période de temps) et mettre la main à la pâte dans votre travail (déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 25 livres (11,4 kg) sans assistance; atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser). Il est essentiel que les spécialistes en Service client exécutent toutes ces tâches à la perfection (et toute autre tâche raisonnable qui leur est assignée) - ainsi, nos clients seront toujours satisfaits et notre entreprise continuera de prospérer.
