JOB SUMMARY:

The eCommerce Sales Manager for São José dos Campos, Brazil leads and directs e-commerce sales and team to achieve sales and profit goals. Designs and recommends online sales programs and sets short and long-term online sales strategies to increase sales, improve user experience, and manages operational performance. Tasks will include strategy, data analysis, product marketing, review enhancements, and content strategy development associated with driving customer engagement, conversion and purchase of Wahl Professional products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Develops and implements online pricing strategies to achieve online sales targets. Liaise with all internal/ external stakeholders regularly to ensure all online campaign/channel activity initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured, complying with legal requirements.

2. Develops market specific strategies to increase direct online sales. Identifies and manages business development relationships to increase online sales.

3. Ensures smooth implementation and commercialization of all new online features and products in the local market. Ensures all fulfilment and payment processes are implemented, supported and managed according to guidelines. Ensures quality interaction across all digital devices.

4. Manages website and sales channel information with product updates and new product additions as required. Drives effective onsite promotions and improves site conversion aligning with Company strategies.

5. Develops project deliverables, performance metrics, Omni-channel sales, analytics and business analysis for all program enhancements.

6. Monitors and oversees the enforcement of Minimum Advertised Pricing policies through contracted compliance firm and the Wahl Team

7. Works in conjunction LATAM Team and National Sales Manager and Product Management Team to develop channel specific marketing activities that will increase traffic to the Wahl product pages and increase overall conversion across our eCommerce channels

8. Leads, coaches and develops direct reports to achieve meet eCommerce Sales and profit targets (Not considered at the initial stage of the project)


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Work with senior management to develop and execute overall online sales strategy, budgets and sales objectives
Develop and execute promotional and marketing strategy for our website and eCommerce distributors
Serves as the subject matter expert on Amazon and eCommerce distributors
Manages eCommerce Distributor relationships and acts as the point person for these accounts
Utilize analytics and tracking tools to gauge the program's success and adjust for improvement.
Engages and attend ongoing market training to ensure our eCommerce strategies are the most effective and up to date available to maximize sales and profits
Creates presentations, sales update reports and delivers presentations on a regular basis to inform key stakeholders and the Professional Team on our progress and the competitive landscape
Lead project management on the front-end Web Development and Integrations projects
Trouble shoot technical issues to provide a great customer experience
Foster entrepreneurial culture to promote breakthrough ideas and innovation
Understands and teaches the many facets of Amazon SEO and Mercado Livre, sponsored ads and reviews
Works cross functionally with other departments within Wahl and with Wahl subsidiaries to maximize learnings and share best practices
Manage products acquired illegally, reported by our lawyers
Leads and ensures completion of special projects to achieve corporate sales and profit objectives
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
4-7 years working in eCommerce, preferred with Mercado Livre and Amazon
Basic knowledge of HTML and front-end web development
Experience managing direct reports
Must have high-functioning Microsoft Office skills

Strong planning/organizational skills

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Shows respect for individuals by valuing diversity, listening and considering others' ideas
Exercises change management skills by embracing change with little resistance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and Spanish
