O Team Lead, Revenue Excellence Center, desempenhará um papel crucial na equipe de Revenue Management, liderando uma equipe de especialistas de suporte. Relatando-se ao Gerente do Revenue Excellence Center, você será responsável por garantir o funcionamento eficaz e a otimização do nosso Sistema de Gestão de Receitas (RMS), ao mesmo tempo em que oferece orientação e suporte diário à sua equipe. Além disso, colaborará com outros departamentos e fornecedores externos para oferecer suporte excepcional e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos nossos processos de gerenciamento de receitas.
Responsabilidades:

Liderança de Equipe: Liderar e gerenciar uma equipe de Especialistas em Suporte ao Sistema de Gestão de Receitas, proporcionando orientação, mentoria e suporte para garantir o sucesso da equipe.

Conhecimento Técnico: Utilizar suas habilidades técnicas para oferecer suporte ao RMS e auxiliar os membros da equipe na resolução de problemas complexos.

Gerenciamento de Projetos: Gerenciar e priorizar projetos de suporte, incluindo gerenciamento de filas, eficiência de sistemas, atualizações de processos e implementação de novos recursos do RMS.

Ponto de Escalação: Atuar como ponto de escalação para problemas técnicos desafiadores e garantir sua resolução em tempo hábil.

Treinamento e Desenvolvimento: Treinar e desenvolver os membros da equipe, garantindo que possuam as habilidades e conhecimentos necessários para se destacarem em suas funções.

Documentação: Manter documentação abrangente de configurações do sistema, processos e procedimentos de resolução de problemas para a equipe.

Colaboração: Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais, incluindo TI, Vendas e Finanças, para garantir a integração perfeita do RMS com outros sistemas e processos.

Relatórios: Gerar e analisar relatórios relacionados ao desempenho da equipe, uso do sistema e tendências de tickets de suporte.
Experiência e Habilidades Requeridas:
-
"Superusuário" de Sistemas de Gestão de Receitas, com experiência comprovada em RM.
-
2 a 4+ anos de experiência em RM na indústria hoteleira.
-
Fluência em inglês e espanhol.
-
Forte conhecimento prático de PMS, CRS, gerenciamento de canais e outros sistemas hoteleiros e de distribuição subsequentes.

Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma em situações de alta pressão e impulsionar o desempenho e o crescimento de uma equipe pequena.

Boas habilidades organizacionais e de gerenciamento de tempo.

Fortes habilidades de comunicação - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.

Paixão por ajudar os hotéis a capitalizar as oportunidades de gestão de receitas.
