**YOUR CHALLENGE**
As our new Publisher Sales Manager in the Brazil’s office you will:
- Prospect new publishers for Brazilian markets
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships for these markets
- Collect and analyze data and KPIs and create our growth strategy
- Check reports and dashboards to identify revenue opportunities
- Work closely to other Latam Publisher Managers to develop the Regional Team
**YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF**
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar Ad Tech supply role in Brazil
- You have already managed Sales and Revenue goals on Monthly or Quarterly bases
- You have great communication skills and you are not afraid to take risks
- You are energetic, proactive and eager to work in a Startup environment
- You are up to date with the latest news among the digital AdTech environment
- You have native command of Portuguese and an advanced level of English. Speaking Spanish is a plus
It would be a plus if you:
- Have previous Supply Sales experience in Latam markets
