CS ML is part of Siemens Healthcare and provides global service part logistics for all businesses within the Healthcare portfolio. The Technical IT Operations Professional position is responsible for system(s) support within the CS ML organization and will report to CS ML AM’s Operation Intelligence (OI) department. This Position has regular interaction with all functions within CS ML and the Field Service Organization, Healthcare IT (Atos), Siemens Information Security, Siemens Shared Services, and Third Party Logistic (3PL) providers.

- In cooperation with Healthcare IT, troubleshoot and resolve systems issues and outages.
- Provide support for ERP and ancillary systems and manage inbound and outbound data feeds between ERP systems and external systems of Carriers, 3PL, and field service.
- Perform data analysis in support of strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Develop programs, methodologies, and tools for analyzing and presenting data.
- Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues within ERP and 3PL systems.
- Support System changes and enhancements; identify and request changes, support development, execute testing, and coordinate implementation.
- Following established policies, establish and maintain user system(s) access and roles.
- Provide bi-weekly on-call emergency support.

- Demonstrated capacity to learn complex technical systems
- A BS Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and communicate clearly in a professional manner.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience with Excel, Access, and VBA or other programming languages
- Working with SAP and/or ServiceNow, preferably in a logistics and transportation environment.
**Required skills to have for the success of this role**
- Experience supporting SAP and/or ServiceNow, preferably in a logistics and transportation environment.
- Experience supporting EDI and RFC interfaces between SAP and external systems.
- Experience supporting batch programs that automate SAP tasks.
- Experience with enterprise reporting, developing, and maintaining SAP queries and simple table extracts.
- Knowledge of standard information security policies and procedures, including SOD
- Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Understand SAP and/or ServiceNow Configuration.
- Progressive experience using SAP ECC 6 with demonstrated experience using MM, SD, IM, and Material Master
- Experience supporting batch programs that automate SAP tasks.
- Experience supporting EDI and RFC interfaces between SAP and external systems.
