Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business opportunities.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching and following industry trends internationally
- Responds to RFP's, tenders and develops market in new sales territories to improve business growth
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities and other viable income streams
- Writing business proposals; drafting, reviewing and integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Review and manage all client contracts
**RFP/Contract/Business Development Manager Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, legal, marketing or relatedfield
- Experienced tender or proposal writer
- Oversees the development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.
- Manages and meets proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal.
- Strong communication skills, market research and technical background specifically in localization
- With compelling sales personality, and hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads
- Proven track record of business development, sales and marketing globally
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
