Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a regional Account Executive team to drive sales and revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and monitor regional goals to achieve revenue targets
  • Establish new business accounts while nurturing existing relationships for growth
  • Conduct consultative discussions with customers to assess and address district needs
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and tracking progress against goals
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales within the education market
  • Proven track record of generating and closing large sales opportunities, with responsibilities for at least $10 million in revenue
  • 10+ years of experience actively selling and managing a team of Account Executives
  • Excellent skills in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience selling to major high-level accounts in literacy
  • Established relationships within the educational sector
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
