Omoda & Jaecoo is an innovative new brand under the Chery Group, operating independently from other Chery brands. It focuses on cutting-edge design and technology in the production and sales of passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage after sales business operations;
  2. Define and implement after sales standards in collaboration with D&D, including workshop facilities and staff requirements;
  3. Visit dealers to certify compliance with Omoda & Jaecoo standards;
  4. Negotiate after sales targets with dealers;
  5. Develop and oversee the Mystery Shopper Program;
  6. Implement and manage the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI);
  7. Develop and manage after sales business reports;
  8. Collaborate with the Spare Parts and IT teams to implement spare parts systems;
  9. Implement and manage other after sales systems in partnership with IT and dealers.
Requirements:
  1. At least 6 years of experience with after sales business (such as Spare Parts, Warranty, Training) and specially as after sales consultant;
  2. English communication skills (writing, speaking and reading);
  3. Experience with after sales implementation programs and systems;
  4. Post graduation is desirable;
  5. Power BI knowledge.
Location:
  • On-site work in the Morumbi region, 3-4 days per week;
  • Further details will be discussed on interview.
