Responsibilities
  • Actively recruit and grow relationships with banks, credit unions, builders, and savings & loan organizations to develop new wholesale business.
  • Identify and engage new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with target organizations to promote the employer's services and drive mortgage loan referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, including closed deals and qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and partnerships are maintained.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-5 years of working knowledge in aspects of mortgage lending sales.
  • Familiarity with Credit Union or Community Banking environments.
  • Proven track record of sales success and resilience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Encompass preferred.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 1-2 weeks per month.
