We are seeking a skilled Business Development Partnership Coordinator to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to drive growth in facility management and home services industry through partnership development.As a Business Development Partnership Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing multi-touch outreach campaigns, building relationships with potential partners, and closing deals with qualified leads.Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting proactive outreach (calls, emails, SMS) to potential B2B/B2C partnersManaging and nurturing a pipeline of partnership prospects from first contact to deal closureQualifying warm leads and scheduling calls, presentations, and demos with decision-makersNegotiating and closing partnership agreements aligned with company objectivesMaintaining accurate records in CRM; preparing reports on outreach activity and pipeline statusSupporting development and optimization of scripts, templates, and campaign materialsActing as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional partner experienceTo succeed in this role, you will need:2+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, ideally in home services, facility management, or related fields.Proven success in direct sales, partnership management, or business development.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
