Procuramos um profissional com forte capacidade de organização, negociação e visão sistêmica, capaz de integrar áreas internas, traduzindo demandas em soluções eficientes. Principais responsabilidades: Atuar como ponto focal de relacionamento com clientes B2B, prestando atendimento de excelência e acompanhamento das demandas estratégicas; Conduzir negociações contratuais anuais, assegurando alinhamento de condições comerciais e manutenção de margens; Gerenciar projetos e cronogramas de clientes, controlando prazos, custos, riscos e entregas junto às áreas internas; Monitorar indicadores de performance (SLA, NPS, OTIF) e propor ações de melhoria contínua nos processos; Integrar Comercial, P&D, Qualidade, Supply Chain e Produção, traduzindo as necessidades do cliente em soluções operacionais e sustentáveis. Requisitos Experiência em Customer Service ou Gestão de Contas B2B;Vivência em gestão de projetos e uso de Pipefy;Conhecimento em SAP-B1;Inglês avançado (espanhol será considerado um diferencial); #J-18808-Ljbffr
