**Overview**:
Realizar atendimento técnico para os clientes da TNS e apoiar as equipes do Comercial e da Logística com demandas técnicas relacionadas aos clientes finais.
**Responsibilities**:
Sanar dúvidas dos clientes;
Receber reclamações sobre produtos ou serviços fornecidos pela TNS e ajudar a sanar os problemas, em caso do problema não ser do suporte, direcionar para área responsável;
Receber elogios, reclamações, críticas e etc, e registrar tudo no sistema de abertura de chamados;
Registro de todas as ligações no sistema;
Abertura de chamado junto com as operadoras, fornecedores e parceiros da TNS para resolver os problemas dos clientes da Cia;
Acompanhar os chamados, cobrar, dar feedback e retorno sobre o andamento das tratativas do chamado;
Fornecer informações do contrato, produto, plano técnico e informações sobre o comportamento do produto contratado;
**Requisitos**:
Experiência com tecnologia, suporte técnico, atendimento ao cliente.
Formação na área de tecnologia ou afins.
Desejável inglês e/ou espanhol.
Desejável conhecimento em sistemas operacionais livres (Linux, FreeBSD e outros).
Desejável conhecimento em telecom / redes.
