Nós estamos com uma posição para Head of Sales para fazer parte do nosso time. Se você possui experiência na função, é organizado(a) e proativo(a), essa posição pode ser sua.**O que você irá fazer**:Gestão da equipe de vendas para Brasil, tendo como apoio as áreas marketing, engenharia, pré e pós-vendas, financeiro, precificação;Selecionar, treinar, desenvolver e aperfeiçoar dos colaboradores;Vender os produtos, soluções e serviços de infraestrutura de TI e Telecom para clientes públicos e privados em todo o território nacional;Prospecção de novos clientes;Gerencia do pipeline de vendas, forecast mensal, trimestral e anual;Montar as estratégias de prospecção, conforme meta de vendas e clientes/projetos foco;Negociar oportunidades, até o fechamento completo do ciclo de vendas;Uso do CRM da empresa;Organização de feiras e eventos do segmento Telecom junto com time de Marketing;Visitas constantes a clientes;Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes de forma a influenciar os projetos e tecnologias escolhidas;Participação em licitações públicas e RFX’s.**Requisitos para função**:Superior completo em Engenharia ou áreas técnicas correlatas;Inglês avançado;Paixão pelo ambiente de vendas técnicas e projetos complexos;Foco em metas e resultados.Quer fazer parte desse time que só cresce?
