Overview

The Customer Service Analyst role at Danaher Life Sciences is responsible for interacting with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. The role may provide quotes, process sales orders, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. This position reports to the Latam Sales Operation Manager and is part of the Operations Department located in Brazil and will be fully on site.



Responsibilities
  • Interacts with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.
  • Provide quotes, process sales orders, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
  • Interacts with sales, technical and logistics teams.


Essential requirements
  • Strong understanding of computer administrative tools (Windows, MS Office).
  • Languages: fluent in Portuguese and Spanish; intermediate English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related areas.


Desirable experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
