Customer Service AnalystRole purpose: The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for interacting with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalation for further review. This role may provide quotes, process sales orders, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
Location and reporting: Reports to the Latam Sales Operations Manager; part of the Operations Department located in Brazil and will be fully on site.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Interact with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.
- Provide quotes, process sales orders, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
- Coordinate interactions with sales, technical and logistics teams as needed.
Essential requirements:
- Strong understanding of computer administrative tools (Windows, MS Office).
- Language skills: fluent in Portuguese and Spanish; intermediate English.
- Bachelor's degree in related areas.
Desirable experience:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.

Market Development Manager – Research Flow CytometryRole purpose: The Market Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans as part of Beckman Life Sciences market development activities within specific product lines and customer market segments. Work with the Flow Cytometry business unit and Marketing Program Management to translate strategy and product positioning into North America tactical plans (sales and marketing). Gather market intelligence through direct customer contact and the sales organization to support future product line strategy.
Location and reporting: Reports to the Market Development Manager Americas; part of the Flow Cytometry Marketing Department, located in United States and fully remote where allowed.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Interacts with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.
- Provide quotes, process sales orders, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
- Interacts with sales, technical and logistics teams as needed.
