Vivência comercial em América Latina, com capacidade de adaptação a diferentes culturas e estilos de negociação. Fluência em Espanhol e Inglês (Inglês será considerado diferencial). Capacidade de navegar em vendas complexas, envolvendo múltiplos decisores. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral, escrita e apresentação. #Desafios que você vai encontrar: Identificar e planejar estratégias de prospecção e expansão em países da América Latina, mapeando mercados e prospects estratégicos. Conduzir ciclos de vendas complexos de soluções SaaS Enterprise, envolvendo múltiplos stakeholders em diferentes países. Desenvolver e fortalecer relacionamento executivo (C-level), construindo parcerias de longo prazo em mercados diversos da região. Conduzir negociações e fechar contratos alinhados às margens e diretrizes da Cortex. Acompanhar o início da implantação e garantir transição fluida para o time de Sucesso do Cliente. Compartilhar práticas comerciais, inteligência de mercado e aprendizados regionais, apoiando a evolução da estratégia LATAM.
