Join to apply for the ELDS Sales Specialist - EU role at ABB This role belongs to the Sales Manager organization and contributes to the ELDS M&S team in Shenyang . Overview In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products, systems, and services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. You will work toward achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction, and you will identify and develop new sales opportunities. Responsibilities Volume and profit management Sell systems and solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs and promote a full systems and solutions offering, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process Prepare sales plans using company tools; perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls Create added value for the customer and ABB; communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, terms) Support efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers Identify and drive new market opportunities in the designated market; promote digital solutions to customers Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management when needed Prepare offers in coordination with the bid/proposal department and/or Marketing Manager; ensure appropriate technical/financial aspects of offers, including prices, trading conditions, product portfolio and digital solutions Qualifications Bachelor or master degree with qualification or relevant successful experience in related industries Strong sales competency with digital capability and know-how Passionate and adaptable with learning agility to follow the latest information About ABB Electrification provides leading electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions and services to electrify the world in a safe, smart, and sustainable way.
