Job Description

We are looking for a contract administrator to validate the commercial clauses contained in the service contracts and verify if they match the technical-commercial proposal prepared by the company. Registration of Service Contracts in the company's operating system, as well as any revisions thereof, following active internal procedures. Organization and maintenance of documentation and records for internal and external audits. Direct interface with internal and external customers, establishing a professional and partnership relationship for the smooth running of the entire contract.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Review of customer orders or contracts to verify compliance with the terms and conditions of proposals issued and RA's internal controls.
  2. Registration, monitoring, and review of Service Contracts in the ERP system.
  3. Monitoring and control of Service Contract billing.
  4. Collect and analyze supporting documentation for closing specific contracts in the system according to the process defined in the RA internal controls.
  5. Validate order entry and revenue recognition reports (Orders and Shipments).
  6. Be aware of the BU's revenue recognition planning (Shipments Forecast) and support the Delivery team in achieving the expected results. Alert in advance of risks that could affect recognition and monitor the backlog.
  7. Upload and monitoring of measurement bulletins on direct customer portals.
  8. Support the purchase requisition creation process (shopping cart) and maintain interaction with the GEC and purchasing team.
  9. Request for credit notes.
  10. Interface with Sales, Finance, Proposals, Tax and Controllership areas.
  11. Interact with distributors and directed customers regarding service billing and other administrative topics.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
  1. Bachelor's degree in administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent knowledge.
  2. ERP Knowledge SAP.
  3. Intermediate level of English.
  4. Two or more years of related experience (desired).
