Enterprise Services is Bloomberg's client-facing team, delivering expert support across trading, post-trade, and regulatory workflows. We partner with a wide range of clients — from global institutions to regional firms — helping them navigate fast-moving markets, complex infrastructure, and evolving regulatory obligations. In Brazil, we operate at the intersection of technology and capital markets, working closely with clients across B3, CVM, BACEN, and ANBIMA frameworks. Our hybrid support model means our team members are cross-trained across products, allowing us to be more agile, efficient, and collaborative.

Language Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Spanish is a nice to have.

What's the Role?

We are hiring an Enterprise Services Specialist into a hybrid, cross-product role with a primary and secondary focus area. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build deep product expertise while remaining adaptable across asset classes and workflows. Your initial focus will be aligned to one of the following platforms: AIM, FXGO, FIT, TOMS, EMSX, or BTCA — with cross-training into a secondary area.

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality, front-line support across trading and compliance platforms
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and proactive solutions to client queries
  • Build deep knowledge of our clients' workflows — including order and execution management, electronic trading, regulatory reporting, and transaction cost analysis
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering
  • Share insights and feedback that improve product design and client satisfaction
  • Develop written materials, internal documentation, and share knowledge across teams
  • Support internal training and onboarding for newer reps in your product focus

You'll Need To Have
  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial services, trade support, compliance, or fintech environment
  • Knowledge of the trade lifecycle and/or experience with platforms like an OMS, EMS, or TCA tool
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt across products or regulatory environments
  • Confidence communicating with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English

  • Exposure to one or more Bloomberg products: AIM, FXGO, FIT, TOMS, EMSX, BTCA, RHUB
  • Familiarity with asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, or ETFs
  • Understanding of compliance concepts like surveillance, archiving, or best execution
  • Experience with connectivity protocols like FIX, TNP, or XML
  • Spanish language skills
