This is a Key Account Manager role that will drive business growth in Brazil by acquiring new enterprise merchants. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial environments.

About the Job

The successful Sales Enterprise Specialist will be responsible for understanding Adyen's products and services, articulating their functions and benefits to external audiences, and generating new business by identifying specific prospects.

They will work closely with mid-level to senior executives to negotiate and close deals, assist with onboarding, and partner with technology leaders and solution providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the payments industry or affiliated partner roles;
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, selling complex solutions;
  • Strong networking skills, high energy levels, and ability to thrive in hands-on environments;
  • Analytical and strategic negotiator with a commercially driven attitude;
  • Ability to execute time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience working with large banking institutions, educating, and pitching transparently;
  • Strong communication and project management skills;
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in sales hunter roles, selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
