Focusing on Enterprise Growth- We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive growth in the enterprise segment.
Candidate Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities- Identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Apply effective business development and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing customers.
- Prioritize and align with executives on business challenges and gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of our products.
- Analyze customer needs and create strategic account plans that outline company priorities and initiatives.
- Manage a book of business by tiering accounts and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to position our products, drive deals forward, and ensure customer success.
- Proven track record of closing sales over multiple years for software or SaaS businesses with an enterprise book of customers (5000+ FTEs), selling to executives.
- Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex sales cycles (6 months+).
- A sales methodology and process that creates value for customers.
- This role will focus on supporting customers using our product in Latin America.
