About the company:Our client is a leader in the chemical industry, driving innovation and delivering value through specialty products and performance solutions.
Availability:Full TimeWork Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST
Responsibilities of the position:Pre-Registration for Events (Lead Generation):Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day.Engage with potential event attendees to generate interest and secure pre-registrations.Post-Event Follow-up:Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day.Follow up with event participants to gather feedback, answer queries, and potentially secure further engagement.
Required Experience and Qualifications:Previous experience in Lead Generation, Customer Service, or Outbound Sales.Proficiency in making 150 manual dials per day.Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Minimum level of English required:C2 level English proficiency (Fully Bilingual).
Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:Competitive salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to applicant's preference.Commissions: Up to $3300 for a team of 11, based on achieving 3 key metrics.100% percent remote position.
