We work in markets across Europe and the United States, with candidates from all around the world, focusing on helping startups scale.
We are looking for a Community Builder and Social Media Manager for Mentor Talent. Your role will be to manage our social media accounts, focusing on LinkedIn; engage with the tech and startup community; and participate in social selling.
Responsibilities:- Participate in creating a strategic plan for Mentor's client base.
- Be active in the global Tech and Startup Community to represent our brand and establish a strong network.
- Keep track of customer satisfaction and ensure customer success.
- Acquire employers searching for tech talent for our platform.
- Generate leads independently.
- Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environments.
- Network in the HR/Recruiting industry.
- Fluency in English (spoken, listening, written).
- Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Identify business opportunities and market gaps.
- Long-term ambition to grow with the company and expand our client base.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of Recruitment processes.
- Strong LinkedIn account and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accountability, resilience, and a positive, hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, involving cold and warm calling, with persistence.
