The Role: Revenue Growth Manager, LATAM

We are looking for a mid-career commercial operator who thrives in a remote, fast-moving startup environment. You’ll be responsible not only for managing existing relationships but also for driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and activating new use cases across Reap’s product suite.

You’re someone with an ownership mentality who enjoys the full customer journey, from post-sale onboarding to long-term growth and expansion. You’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas, push for product improvements, and help shape how we grow across LATAM.

Responsibilities
  • Drive spending across your key clients' book by cross-selling, retention, and expansion to induce overall growth and usage of Reap services
  • Deepen wallet share with existing customers and reduce churn through high-quality, proactive relationship management
  • Act as the commercial point person across your accounts, selling consultatively and identifying new business opportunities
  • Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, retention, growth, and renewal
  • Lead business reviews and performance check-ins with clients, backed by data and product insights
  • Use tools like Metabase, SQL, or CRM dashboards to analyze client usage and identify revenue opportunities
  • Serve as the main liaison for key accounts — working cross-functionally with Product, Support, Ops, and Compliance to execute on client requests and growth ideas
  • Stay close to the Web2 and Web3 landscape to bring in feedback, trends, and new client-led innovation
  • Help build a scalable growth playbook alongside the broader team
Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of proven success in a sales/growth/client success role within API-driven platforms, Payments, or Card Issuance
  • Experience owning and beating revenue targets, ideally in B2B or SaaS-like environments
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a consultative selling style
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and CRM usage (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Fluent English, and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially for business reviews and proposals
  • Comfortable in a startup setting — scrappy, curious, adaptable
  • High empathy and ability to build trust with clients and internal teams
  • Growth mindset — motivated by learning, solving, and scaling
  • Location: Ideally based in Mexico or Brazil. However, we are open to exceptional candidates located in Colombia, Argentina, or other LATAM regions
Nice to have
  • Background working with crypto-native or digital-first businesses
  • Prior experience in regional growth or multi-country account ownership
  • Experience working across both strategic accounts and SMBs
