
Regional Sales Growth Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our operations in Latin America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and resellers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals such as Healthcare, Enterprise, Banking, Secure Printing, and EV Charging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between market needs and product offerings
- Deliver regular performance reports and metrics on sales progress, channel performance, and GTM effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and/or technical sales, preferably in the technology or RFID sector
- Proven track record of sales success and understanding of RFID technologies and sales processes
- Strong network of partners and distributors in Latin America
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with English proficiency
