**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Manage network requests for the LA region which includes monthly close, measurements, CTO, Disputes, Vendor A/R, billing, investment projects, insourcing of scope from vendors, working local issues with vendors.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Communication and program management skills along with strong network expertise and financial background.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Strong experience managing complex technical programs
