Atuar como proprietário de área na respectiva região e processar todas as escaladas e indagações de partes interessadas regionais;
Responsável pelas operações de serviços de segurança contra falhas na respectiva região, resolver problemas complexos escalados pelas equipes de suporte de nível 1, nível 2, bem como partes interessadas internas;
Responsável pela gestão de incidentes graves na respectiva região, escalonamentos de fornecedores e comunicações regionais de stakeholders;
Segue o processo de ITOM corporativo, possui respectivas métricas e SLA's;
Responsável por complexas mudanças de infraestrutura gerenciadas de acordo com o processo e evitando interrupções nos negócios;
Gerenciar as respectivas relações externas de serviços de fornecedores;
Melhoria e Desenvolvimento de Serviços;
Responsável pela descoberta proativa de oportunidades de melhoria de serviços e atividades atribuídas pelo Area Lead;
Contribui proativamente para a criação do roteiro da CIP;
Responsável por projetos regionais;
Apoiar projetos complexos com expertise funcional;
Gerenciar recursos externos de projetos. Perfil desejado
Experiência de TI relevante gerenciando serviços de TI em nuvem (O365, Azure);
Certificação MCSA;
Itil Foundations v3 certificada;
Habilidades de gerenciamento de projetos;
O365 - Compreensão profunda da arquitetura de serviços em nuvem da Microsoft, forte conhecimento do kit de ferramentas de administração O365, conhecimento avançado do Windows PowerShell e scripting;
Compreensão profunda das tecnologias principais - Redes, Identidade e Servidores;
Fortes habilidades técnicas na respectiva área e capacidade de aprender novas tecnologias rapidamente;
Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas;
Fortes habilidades interpessoais, incluindo motivação, foco no cliente e capacidade de trabalhar bem com pessoas em todos os níveis de organização e de diferentes culturas;
Fortes habilidades verbais e escritas em inglês.
