- Implementation of the business unit strategy
- Sales of products and services
- Price negotiations, planning, budgeting and responsibility of cost centers
- Support national events
- Preparation of Monthly Country Review report and annual business plan
- Provide support to existing customers and distributors
- Support partners with sales and marketing
- Organization and conduct of internal / external training
- Attending meetings and elaboration of reports to the headquarter in China and Brazil
Key Result Areas and Characteristics
- Previous experience in the PV inverter industry – a plus
- Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the Livoltek product line and convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms.
- Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
- Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment
- A distinct customer service focus.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working for an international organization – a plus
- Drivers license B and willingness to do lots of travels every week.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
University business administration degree or BA / BS degree. BS in a related technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – a plus
LANGUAGE
Portuguese (Native level)
English (Advanced level)
3rd language skills would be a plus
EXPERIENCES
Minimum 3+ years’ solid technical sales experience with solar products within photovoltaic industry in Brazil
Strongly networked within the renewable energy industry (preference within the Solar PV industry, especially from residential & commercial project segment)
