Overview Salary up to $160,700 with an annual incentive/commission target of $70,000 Exceptional work-life balance with flexible time-off policies Comprehensive healthcare benefits with multiple options for individuals and families Generous 401(k) retirement plans with company match Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Supportive pro-sales culture that values contributions to success What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead sales efforts for FleetNet and Fleet Services, targeting national fleet clients Own and exceed annual sales targets, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities Manage an average book of business of approximately 18 accounts with annual revenue responsibility of around $9 million Develop annual account plans to manage and grow assigned account revenue Build and expand account relationships through effective sales and marketing activities What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of progressive experience in sales servicing large complex accounts Demonstrated track record of sales growth and account relationship management Foundational financial literacy skills to review and interpret financial documents Willingness to commit to extensive travel, up to 80% Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to client needs How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Understanding and demonstration of Challenger skills Proven experience partnering with Executives within a complex sales cycle Positive attitude, high energy, and a competitive spirit Experience with contractual services sales and account retention processes Proficiency with CRM technology and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint #AutomotiveServices #SalesManagement #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #ProfessionalDevelopment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
