I will empower my team to assist customers with Adobe technologies, driving innovation and improving customer experiences. This role involves developing long-term strategic relationships, defining account plans, and expanding Adobe’s presence within key organizations. As a Sales Leader, you will work with Marketing, IT, and Procurement collaborators within complex enterprise structures, building positive relationships with C-Level executives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and the partner ecosystem to ensure customers achieve success with Adobe’s solutions and continue expanding their investments. Develop a clear vision for the role of AI and digital transformation in customer experience, guiding Adobe’s strategy in the region. Sales Execution & Business Growth Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth. Redefine and optimize sales strategies, using data-driven insights to improve performance and efficiency. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data, ensuring access to business performance and future opportunities. Building & Leading High-Performance Teams Encourage, recruit, and retain top sales talent, ensuring the team remains motivated and hard-working. Coach and mentor both top performers and underperformers, fostering a culture of continuous development and success. Promote a winning team culture that balances competition and collaboration, ensuring alignment with Adobe’s values. Customer-Centric Approach Prioritize long-term customer relationships over short-term revenue wins, ensuring customer success and retention. Track and leverage key customer success metrics beyond revenue to measure impact and growth opportunities. Establish Adobe as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them navigate digital transformation challenges. Executive Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration Build and nurture trusted C-Level relationships across Marketing, IT, and Procurement. Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner teams to improve value realization for customers. Acquire agreement from leadership and other departments to advance key sales initiatives. Industry Leadership & Personal Brand Leverage LinkedIn, industry events, and thought leadership to establish credibility and awareness for Adobe. Encourage and enable the sales team to enhance their digital presence, ensuring they engage effectively with prospects and customers. What will make you successful You approach your role as a General Manager and serve as the Influential Leader of the Adobe ecosystem in your Region. Think beyond short-term sales, focus on transforming region using Adobe’s tech to craft customer-centric businesses. Data-Driven Decision Making– Use analytics, insights, and forecasting to guide sales strategies, optimize team performance, and anticipate market shifts. Understand Customers from the business perspective, identifying the compelling event for Adobe. Executive Presence & Influence– Build strong, C-Level relationships, positioning Adobe as a must-have strategic partner for digital transformation. Innovative & Tech-Savvy – You stay ahead of trends in AI, automation, and digital experience, ensuring your team brings to bear the best tools to differentiate Adobe’s solutions. Push your team to Sell Business Value not products to C-Level Executives. Requirements Experience in Leading account management teams of large SaaS companies implementing complex projects. Prior experience working with global enterprise Software/Cloud//Services companies. Experience in completing long-term and phased groundbreaking initiatives that generated real value for companies. Proven track record selling Complex Enterprise Solutions in the new economy: Digital Marketing, Advertising technology, Data, or Experience Technology space. Growth Mindset: you believe that you can get better at something by dedicating time, effort and energy. Be aware that emotions can drive our behavior and impact people (positively and negatively), and know how to manage those emotions when giving and receiving feedback, meeting tight deadlines, dealing with challenging relationships, not having enough resources, navigating change, working through setbacks and failure. Expertise & Thought Leadership in Digital Transformation Initiatives. Strong leadership presence and ability to influence internal and external collaborators. Outstanding “board room level” communication and presentation skills with an excellent customer service approach. Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment demonstrating thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities. Ability to work optimally in a team environment, partnering with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, etc. Strong understanding of Web technologies and Digital Marketing.
