Job Description
We are seeking a skilled corporate recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-paced social app business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts, as well as assisting with the translation of events and product features.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a network of at least 200-300 agency partners per month
- Assist in the translation of English to Portuguese for events and product features
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with patience
- Enjoy using voice social apps and familiar with various features and gameplay
- Reliable and loyal with integrity and a goal-oriented approach
