Principais Atividades:


  • Gerenciar e controlar as vendas do canal Massivo no DDD de MA, através de uma equipe própria e parceiros;
  • Acompanhar e analisar indicadores dos resultados de vendas e qualidade;
  • Efetuar a implantação dos planos de curto, médio e longo prazos do canal;
  • Acompanhar as rotinas dos Consultores de Negócios, Executivo de Contas e Parceiros, garantindo a agenda de visitas, presença nos PDVs, positivação, atuação da concorrência, tendência mercadológica e feedback de rotas;
  • Contribuir no desenvolvimento de alternativas estratégicas de vendas do canal, visando atingir e superar os objetivos pré-determinados para suportar o crescimento do negócio da companhia;
  • Atuar na expansão do canal em âmbito regional, determinando padrões de excelência;
  • Realizar a gestão e desenvolvimento da equipe de vendas do canal;
  • Prospectar novos clientes e manter maior penetração dos produtos em sua região de atuação, visando atingir as metas de vendas;
  • Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de resultados dentro de seu âmbito de atuação com o objetivo de propor alterações na rotina de trabalho para atingir as metas de vendas;
