Overview

As a Streamer Relationship Manager , you will manage and grow partnerships with content creators who stream our slot games. You'll provide support, organise incentives, share game updates, and monitor performance to maximise visibility across streaming platforms. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, creativity, and a passion for gaming, with flexibility to travel and adapt to a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a group of streamers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by understanding each streamer's goals and tailoring incentives to support them.
  • Proactively monitor streamer performance, content quality, and frequency of streams.
  • Provide timely updates, game releases, and promotional opportunities to streamers.
  • Organise and implement incentive programmes, campaigns, and exclusive offers to encourage frequent and high-quality streaming of our titles.
  • Work closely with the Streamer Relationship Manager Team Leader to align on strategy and report on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product and compliance to ensure a seamless experience for streamers.
  • Identify new talent and assist with onboarding processes where required.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and community sentiment to anticipate needs and opportunities.
What We Need From You
  • Proven experience in influencer/creator management, partnerships, or community management, ideally within iGaming, entertainment, or streaming industries.
  • Strong understanding of streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.) and familiarity with content creator ecosystems.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience running campaigns, incentive programs, or collaborations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on streamer performance and engagement KPIs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, compliance) and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
  • Creative thinking with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for online gaming, streaming, and digital communities.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours to align with streamer schedules and events.
  • Availability to travel for streamer events, conferences, or on-site activations.
