Identify new areas for growth; propose and manage programs and initiatives accordingly. Create, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for growing revenue through partners. Take overall responsibility to recruit, develop and manage new and existing channel partners. Qualify new partnership opportunities and facilitate partner onboarding and enablement requirements. The Ideal Candidate Will Have 3+ years of experience as a Partner/Channel Manager Experience in managing large scale relationships Ability to plan, execute and monitor comprehensive business plans Proven ability to enable, grow & manage multiple channel partners while paying strict attention to details Experience in Industrial Manufacturing & DCs Excellent communication and negotiation skills Compensation Exact compensation is dependent on circumstance of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in our company commission program, determined by the nature of the position. Why A-SAFE?
