Medcaptain aims to be a leader in the global medical device industry. Job Description Support distributors in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end‑user visits for all Medcaptain products. Maintain relationships with key customers and model hospitals, especially the medical equipment management departments. Provide technical support and conduct training for distributor staff to enable service to end users. Monitor distributor service quality and maintain customer satisfaction. Collect and address issues from distributors; support them in handling customer complaints and major incidents. Assist the sales and marketing team in product promotion and marketing support; collect installation information, customers’ requirements and competitor information, and feed feedback to headquarters. Manage spare part stock and demo units in the responsible area. Regularly produce service experience and materials in English/local languages. Develop and maintain Medcaptain brand in the local market. Perform other tasks assigned by headquarters. Requirements Bachelor degree or above; priority to biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, chemical engineering, or relevant experienced technician. Medical industry work experience; priority for more than two years in this field. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Skillfully English speaking is required, with good listening and reading ability. Strong learning, communication, organization, analysis, and anti‑pressure abilities; willing to travel frequently and adapt to time differences.
