The Role:
- Identify technology needs and develop strategies to improve market position.
- Work closely with internal teams on project alignment and execution.
- Drive sales by generating leads.
- Analyze competitors and create regional market strategies.
- Develop business and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Gather and share market insights using CRM tools.
The Person:
- Experience in key account management or sales within energy or related sectors.
- Knowledge of HVDC/HVAC offshore projects.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and develop strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills for competitive and market analysis.
- Experience collaborating across departments (e.g., Engineering, Commercial).
