The Company: My client, an established leader in wire and cable manufacturing, specializes in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage power solutions. They are committed to delivering sustainable and energy-efficient products, as well as integrated power systems to clients worldwide.

The Role:

  1. Identify technology needs and develop strategies to improve market position.
  2. Work closely with internal teams on project alignment and execution.
  3. Drive sales by generating leads.
  4. Analyze competitors and create regional market strategies.
  5. Develop business and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
  6. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  7. Gather and share market insights using CRM tools.

The Person:

  1. Experience in key account management or sales within energy or related sectors.
  2. Knowledge of HVDC/HVAC offshore projects.
  3. Proven ability to build client relationships and develop strategic sales plans.
  4. Strong analytical skills for competitive and market analysis.
  5. Experience collaborating across departments (e.g., Engineering, Commercial).
