**Principais atividades**
- Realizar gestão de pessoas da equipe de Saúde Ocupacional e Assistencial;
- Atuar na disseminação da cultura de saúde e bem-estar;
- Gerir contratos dos prestadores de serviços de saúde, garantindo a qualidade técnica e de experiência dos usuários;
- Assegurar o cumprimento da legislação de saúde;
- Garantir a Gestão dos Afastamentos de Saúde, desde o controle de atestados médicos e afastamentos previdenciários/licença maternidade até a gestão do absenteísmo;
- Assegurar o acompanhamento da condição de saúde dos colaboradores;
- Contribuir na gestão do custo de saúde da companhia, principalmente na frente dos benefícios de saúde;
- Apoiar os colaboradores na manutenção da saúde e bem-estar individual;
- Gerir a pandemia de COVID-19, enquanto a mesma perdurar;
- Promover Programas de Qualidade de Vida;
- Manter e aprimorar as políticas e processos de saúde, sempre com foco em inovação e melhores práticas do mercado;
- Monitorar as ações da área e seus respectivos indicadores, construindo planos de ação específicos;
- Prestar consultoria às áreas da companhia em todos os temas que envolvam saúde;
- Atuar junto a órgãos fiscalizadores, sempre que necessário;
- Atuar nas campanhas internas e externas de saúde.
**Formação, Conhecimento e Experiência**
- Formação Superior Completa obrigatória em Medicina, Enfermagem ou Afins ;
- Especialização em Saúde do Trabalho (obrigatório);
- Possuir Conselho de Classe ativo.
- Experiência na gestão de pessoas, preferencialmente tendo inclusive gerido times à distância;
- Experiência em empresas de grande porte, preferencialmente com capilaridade nacional.
